This could be fun

Ah I can finally sit down and type up a decent entry. Been busy with a few things and every time I think of writing up one. That night I don’t feel like typing one up. So a few things have happen.

The first one(the good one) on Sat I brought Photoshop Elements 4. Oh yea I wanted this program for awhile. But everytime I went into the store. I either forgot about it or it wasn’t there. This Sat I made a point to look for it. My computer is about 4 years old, was afraid it wouldn’t work right. It works fine. The only thing that didn’t work was Adobe Gamma Control. That’s the program that fixes your color on your monteir. I knew mine was a bit off. Well I tried it and was not happy with results. Made the color even worse. So landed up buying another monitors calbratator from Colorvision. This one is call Spyder2express. It was easy to use to install and use. Now the photos are looking a little more natural on the screen, plus when I print them out too. However the monitor is a little tab bright for me but I guess I’ll have to get use to it.

Unfortunely, the software does not come with a manual. Grrr!!! Went to bn.com, then order Photoshop Elements 4:the missing manual. I doubt it I’ll use all the stuff on the program but I really don’t know how to use it either. Friday I’m going sit down with it.

While I was at bn.com, pick up the latest Harry Potter movie. Still haven’t seen. The library did get copies for it except it didn’t take long for them to go missing.  I don’t know if they are going replace them a or they will show up later. The branch I work at, our copy never show up. Nice Real nice.

Might skip Poetry Thursday this week. I was hoping for more poems to read but it seems everybody prefers the prose part of it. sorta have been thinking of pulling out.

Yikes it’s pouring out. Stopping here.

Andrew, in reference to yesterday's snapshot poem, asks what is my process? It varies some, but lately I begin to think about the snapshot poem on Tuesday, just paying attention and considering what I might write about. This week, I was blocked by my d... [Read More]
